Ingredients

  • 8 large cabbage leaves

  • 400g of ground beef

  • 200g of cooked rice

  • 1 onion, finely chopped

  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced

  • 1 can (400g) of diced tomatoes

  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil

  • 1 teaspoon of salt

  • 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper

  • 1 teaspoon of paprika

  • 1 tablespoon of fresh parsley, chopped

    Instructions For Making Quick Savory Cabbage Rolls:

    • Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Add cabbage leaves and blanch for 2-3 minutes until softened. Remove and set aside.
