  • 2 carrots, diced

  • 2 celery stalks, diced

  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced

  • 1 zucchini, diced

  • 1 cup of green beans, chopped

  • 1 can (400g) of diced tomatoes

  • 4 cups of vegetable broth

  • 1 can (400g) of cannellini beans, rinsed and drained

  • 1 teaspoon of dried oregano

  • 1 teaspoon of dried basil

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • 1 cup of small pasta (like ditalini)

  • Fresh parsley for garnish
