Ingredients

  • 250g of ready-to-use puff pastry

  • 100g of cream cheese

  • 50g of powdered sugar

  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract

  • 1 egg (for egg wash)

  • 200g of mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)

    Instructions For Making Quick Danish Pastries:

    • Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
    • Roll out the puff pastry on a lightly floured surface and cut it into squares (about 10cm x 10cm).
    • Mix the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract in a bowl until smooth.
    • Place a small spoonful of the cream cheese mixture in the center of each pastry square.
