  • 150g of egg noodles

  • 1 liter of chicken broth

  • 2 carrots, sliced

  • 2 stalks of celery, diced

  • 1 onion, chopped

  • 3 cloves of garlic, minced

  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil

  • 1 teaspoon of dried thyme

  • Salt to taste

  • Pepper to taste

  • Fresh parsley for garnish
