Ingredients

  • 500g of beef stew meat

  • 250g of carrots, chopped

  • 200g of potatoes, diced

  • 100g of onions, chopped

  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced

  • 500ml of beef broth

  • 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil

  • 1 teaspoon of salt

  • 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper

  • 1 teaspoon of thyme

    Instructions For Making Quick Beef Stew:
