  • 200g of all-purpose flour

  • 100g of granulated sugar

  • 1 teaspoon of baking powder

  • 1/2 teaspoon of baking soda

  • 1/4 teaspoon of salt

  • 1 large egg

  • 120ml of milk

  • 60ml of vegetable oil

  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract

  • 100g of chocolate chips

    Instructions For Making Muffins:

    • Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F) and grease the muffin tin.

    • In another bowl, beat the egg and then add the milk, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract, mixing well.
