Ingredients

  • 400g of mushrooms

  • 1 medium onion, chopped

  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced

  • 700ml of vegetable broth

  • 200ml of cream

  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil

  • Salt to taste

  • Black pepper to taste

  • Fresh parsley for garnish
