Ingredients

  • 400g of canned chickpeas, drained

  • 60ml of tahini

  • 60ml of olive oil

  • 30ml of lemon juice

  • 1 garlic clove, minced

  • 1/2 teaspoon of ground cumin

  • Salt to taste

  • Water as needed

  • Paprika for garnish
