  • 1/2 cup (115g) of unsalted butter (softened)

  • 1 large egg

  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract

  • 2 cups (250g) of all-purpose flour

  • 1/2 teaspoon of baking soda

  • 1/4 teaspoon of salt

  • 1 cup (175g) of semi-sweet chocolate chips
