4 large tortillas
1 medium onion, finely chopped
1 bell pepper, diced
2 tablespoons of olive oil
1 teaspoon of ground cumin
1 teaspoon of chili powder

Instructions For Making Cheesy Chicken Quesadillas:
- Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add the chopped onion and diced bell pepper to the skillet. Sauté until they are soft, about 5 minutes.
- Stir in the shredded chicken, ground cumin, chili powder, salt, and pepper, and cook for an additional 3-4 minutes.
- Lay one tortilla flat in another skillet and sprinkle half of the cheese on one half of the tortilla.
