Ingredients

  • 400g of Gruyère cheese

  • 400g of Emmental cheese

  • 300ml of dry white wine

  • 2 cloves of garlic

  • 1 tablespoon of lemon juice

  • 1 tablespoon of cornstarch

  • A pinch of nutmeg

  • Bread cubes for dipping
