Ingredients

  • 400g of mixed berries (blueberries, strawberries, raspberries)

  • 100g of granulated sugar

  • 200g of all-purpose flour

  • 1 tsp of baking powder

  • 1/2 tsp of salt

  • 100g of unsalted butter (melted)

  • 200ml of milk

  • 1 tsp of vanilla extract

    Instructions For Making Berry Cobbler:

    • Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).

    • In another bowl, mix together the flour, baking powder, salt, and remaining sugar.
    • Add the melted butter, milk, and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients. Whisk until the mixture is just combined.
    • Pour the berry mixture into a baking dish and evenly pour the batter over the top.
    • Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes or until the top is golden brown and a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
    • Allow to cool slightly before serving.
