Ingredients

  • 600g of beef sirloin, thinly sliced

  • 2 tablespoons of soy sauce

  • 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce

  • 1 tablespoon of sesame oil

  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced

  • 1 green bell pepper, sliced

  • 1 onion, sliced

  • 3 cloves of garlic, minced

  • 1 teaspoon of ginger, grated

  • 150g of broccoli florets

  • 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil

  • Salt and pepper to taste

    Instructions For Making Beef Stir-Fry:

    • In a bowl, marinate the beef slices with soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil for 15 minutes.
    • Heat vegetable oil in the wok over medium-high heat and add the marinated beef. Stir-fry for 5-7 minutes until browned.
    • Add onions, garlic, and ginger to the wok and stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes until fragrant.
    • Add bell peppers and broccoli florets to the wok and stir-fry for 5 minutes until vegetables are tender-crisp.
    • Season with salt and pepper to taste, and stir well to combine all ingredients.
    • Serve hot over cooked rice or noodles.
