Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 150g each)

  • 1 cup of breadcrumbs

  • 1/2 cup of grated parmesan cheese

  • 1 cup of marinara sauce

  • 1 1/2 cups of shredded mozzarella cheese

  • 1/2 teaspoon of salt

  • 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper

  • 1/2 teaspoon of Italian seasoning

  • 1/4 cup of all-purpose flour

  • 2 large eggs

  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil

    Instructions For Making Chicken Parmesan:

    • Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F) and prepare a baking sheet by lightly greasing it.

    • Dip each chicken breast first in the flour, shaking off the excess, then in the beaten eggs, and finally in the breadcrumb mixture, pressing down to ensure the coating sticks well.
    • Heat olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the breaded chicken breasts and cook for about 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
