  • 800g of chicken thighs, cut into pieces

  • 1/2 cup of soy sauce

  • 1/2 cup of white vinegar

  • 1/4 cup of water

  • 4 cloves of garlic, minced

  • 1 onion, sliced

  • 2 bay leaves

  • 1 teaspoon of black peppercorns

  • 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil

  • Salt to taste
