    Kitchen Tools Needed:

    • Pot
    • Pan
    • Wooden spoon
    • Colander
    • Measuring cups

    Instructions For Making Garlic Fettuccini:

    • Bring a pot of salted water to a boil and cook the fettuccini according to the package instructions until al dente.
    • While the pasta cooks, heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat and sauté the minced garlic for about 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
    • Reduce the heat to low and add the heavy cream to the pan, stirring well to combine with the garlic.
    • Gradually add the grated Parmesan cheese, stirring continuously until melted and the sauce becomes creamy.
    • Once the pasta is cooked, reserve some pasta water, then drain the fettuccini using a colander.
    • Add the drained fettuccini to the creamy sauce, tossing to coat. If the sauce is too thick, add a little reserved pasta water until you reach the desired consistency.
    • Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
    • Serve hot, garnished with chopped fresh parsley.
