Ingredients

  • 2 medium sweet potatoes (approximately 400g)

  • 100g of brown sugar

  • 1 teaspoon of cinnamon

  • 1/2 teaspoon of nutmeg

  • 2 large eggs

  • 100ml of evaporated milk

  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract

  • 1 pre-made pie crust

    Instructions For Making Sweet Potato Pie:
