Ingredients

  • 16 large mushrooms

  • 200g of cream cheese

  • 100g of grated parmesan cheese

  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced

  • 50g of breadcrumbs

  • 2 tablespoons of fresh parsley, chopped

  • Salt to taste

  • Pepper to taste
