  • 200g of cured meats (prosciutto, salami, or bresaola)

  • 150g of cheese (mozzarella, parmesan, or pecorino)

  • 100g of cherry tomatoes

  • 100g of marinated olives

  • 50g of artichoke hearts

  • 50g of roasted red peppers

  • 100g of bruschetta or crostini

  • Fresh basil leaves for garnish

  • Extra virgin olive oil for drizzling

  • Balsamic vinegar for drizzling

  • Salt and pepper to taste

    Instructions For Making Antipasti Platter:

    • Prepare the serving platter by arranging cured meats in a circular pattern.
