Ingredients

  • 200g of lasagna noodles

  • 400g of ground beef

  • 300g of ricotta cheese

  • 200g of mozzarella cheese

  • 200g of marinara sauce

  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil

  • 1 teaspoon of dried oregano

  • Salt to taste

  • Pepper to taste

    Instructions For Making Lasagna:

    • Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
    • In a mixing bowl, combine the ricotta cheese, dried oregano, salt, and pepper.
    • In a pan, heat olive oil over medium heat and cook the ground beef until browned.
    • Add the marinara sauce to the ground beef and stir it well, letting it simmer for a few minutes.
    • In a baking dish, spread a layer of the meat sauce at the bottom.
    • Place a few lasagna noodles over the sauce, followed by a layer of the ricotta mixture and a layer of mozzarella cheese.
    • Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used, finishing with a layer of mozzarella cheese on top.
    • Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes.
    • Remove the foil and bake for an additional 5 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
